The part where the medic actor starts the movement like right when he is about to get the hand of the dead guy. But other than that GREAT JOB! I'm gonna watch the part 2 now.

That was good very good. But next time try to not loop the sound every so often try to add different sound effects and then replay the same sound like every 2 to 3 minutes. Also get a better camera that way your stock footage can blend well with the quality of the video. I could tell which one was yours just by telling the quality. Also keep in mind to blend in the sound effects so they be as choppy like cross fade your sound. On 5:55 the actor could do a bit better on dieing and try to cut out
