Pretty nice man. Slow motion would've been nice, but you broke it down really nicely. Thanks XD

Thankyou, very useful. I learnt Mills Mess from this! It was the basis for most other tricks I now know

cheers this tricks been annoying me for ages but you could do with it either being slowed down or longer for each section

If you put it full screen mode and hold down space it goes slow motion. Not very good quality though.
Awesome vid by the way! You broke it down really well and I think I might just understand it now! Thanks! :D

Good, I learn it in 2 days with this video, but its too fast! I learn because I have an Ipod so I can see in slow-motion, please, put your next videos with slow motion.
Thumbs up if you agree with me.

To get a smooth pattern you have to move your hands a little to the outside after the overhand catch before you throw it back into the pattern.
Maybe this will make it easier for you to throw the first ball of the second round past the last ball of the first round. Because of the seperated practice of "the halfes" you are used to catch the balls after each round. So keep practicing and try to concentrate onto the throw which connects the two turns.
Good luck.
