so, the arabs got many states.. the jews one state. There was a saying Arabia for the arabs, judea for the jews. Now though the arabs say, Arabia for the arabs and judea too. Woodrow Wilson and Lord Cecil said it (I see from google). Technically outside of arabia they're not arabs, just arabized peoples that have lost their identity. Egypt was not long ago, (maybe 60s) not considered an Arab country but it got arabized.

you can say Legal.. The arabs were fighting the Ottomans. After WW! the Ottomans were defeated. The Arabs still had nothing. The Arabs were given states.. San Remo conference 1919/1920 where the international powers agreed to create a jewish homeland in what the west called "palestine". There's also the Balfour Declaration. The arabs were given many states even back then, including one created illegally in what was meant to be the east side of the jewish homeland

The Westbank does not exist, it is called JUDEA & SAMARIA, and it is jewish land. The arabs have to move to Jordan, that is their homeland.
