Why not post your address and invite people to "have a good time" in your neighborhood?
Who said anything about "ghetto?"
Post something that makes sense douche.

Okay, that's interesting. I'm from Australia but I have a friend from Kingston and was thinking of visiting there one day. So students are ruining it for you?

Read the above post and then come visit Kingston next weekend and be sure to park on Aberdeen street near the University and see the crime rate.
And then wonder why such a rich city has the worst roads in a Canadian city, and see why my property taxes are higher than my mortage.

That is a gorgeous home and obviously not near Queen's in any way. Biggest mistake I ever made was moving anywhere near that school. Our neighborhood never used to have students at all and now we are being taken over all the way out to Sir John A. McDonald and beyond.
I'm moving out of here and it's a shame since I had planned to stay in this older family neighborhood. Trouble is it's slowly becoming another student ghetto. I think I'll head for warmer climates.
