This video, and all your others are awesome. The hell with Universal Music Group, who are nothing more but pricks (excuse my foul mouth right there, please).

Im a huge Prince fan and have a daughter that i brought up listening to Prince , who is 11 now, n loves his music i got her dvds and cds and even his perfume for christmas , but hey those kids were having fun to a fantastic song , why take that away , im gutted as i can no longer search for a video to show my daughter who has only just become a Prince fan i understand some of the retraints needed these days on copyright , but how can we keep his music and name alive when he is drowning himself?

It's astonishing that Universal and Prince made such a big deal out of this. It's as if they had an automated music tracker scrounge the internet and blindly send out take down notices.

sigh... the court will decide in your favour, just a bummer it had to come to that. Good Luck!!!

I was just looking this case up on wikipedia - it states that as of Nov 2009 the litigation is still pending. The little boy might be able to become a lawyer and defend himself by the time this is over

This is true. My case isn't over. We have yet to go to trial. Holden will turn 4 this month (Dec 2009).

Copyright infringement is a SERIOUS concern due to the Internet. But so are fair use and freedom of speech statues. Universal's "crack legal team" must have instantly recognized the distinction when they brought this frivolous lawsuit.

this is so cute! I can't believe the fuss that is being made over this video. If anything Prince should be thankful for all the attention this video got him.
