Doing a "Let's Play" showing content from a copyrighted video game (even if it's from 20 years ago) will be a criminal act. Doing a movie or TV show review and showing clips from that movie or TV show will also be a criminal act. Reading excerpts or quotes from a copyrighted book will become a criminal act. Posting "how to" videos explaining the operation of copyrighted software will become a criminal act.

F--k SOPA, and f--k this ridiculous attitude of the RIAA and MPAA that they need to go after people simply for having a song faintly playing in the background. It's the same logic as going after someone for taking a picture of themselves somewhere, say, Times Square, and because there was a billboard of a product or a company logo, suing them for it or telling them they have to photoshop it out.
