Copyright infringement is a SERIOUS concern due to the Internet. But so are fair use and freedom of speech statues. Universal's "crack legal team" must have instantly recognized the distinction when they brought this frivolous lawsuit.

this is so cute! I can't believe the fuss that is being made over this video. If anything Prince should be thankful for all the attention this video got him.
you mean the law in america is a free system... the dutch copyrightfirm buma stemra would NEVER do this... unless of course the song is high quality and used for a skatemovie or a documentary... ah well, in a country where you can get screwed up so easily you really have to take good care of your copyrighted songs...
What I find funny is that this video now has the option of being viewed in "high quality." I don't think there's any magic that could make this "high quality" video, audio, anything. ;)
