I'd rather see a DJ doing something interesting without vinyl, than one with vinyl doing the same thing I've seen a million times already.

Traktor has the lowest response time (and the highest resolution timecode) of any DVs, but ultimately the response time will depend on the computer you're running it on. I've used TPro with turntables, and if I close my eyes, I can't tell the difference.

Having said that, I choose not to use vinyl control. Yes, I totally get that "hands on feel", but at the end of the day, I can't do the things I want to do, and worry about vinyl at the same time.

Isn't that the point of a DVS? So that people who still think vinyl dominates can use it?

So, you're going to say something as meaningless as that without backing it up with a reason, or are you just going to leave it as that... "vinyl just dominates... because I SAID SO!"
