Westside Barbell can squat over 1000lbs, but with that deep it isn't A SQUAT. It's just squat on paralel, not under.....

@HyN0iK42 Hey, I don't recall what we used. Louie said they use typically between 12 - 16 inches, (but we used slightly higher I think).

@CocoKing238 only during Max effort movement, it helps abdominal bracing (pushing your belly out against the belt to stabilize the core - again only during certain lifts, and during max effort.)
