Instead of getting into the banshee straightaway, if you turn around and go back inside the building where you released your allies from the prisons you will hit a loading zone. then you won't have to worry about the enemies from then on because they de-load.

no if u shut off your xbox then all skulls are turned off and you have to get them back if you want
