http://LivinLaVidaLowCarb.com/blog blogger Jimmy Moore and his wife Christine have been enjoying bringing to you a new series of videos where they embark on local grocery stores to find what they call "Health Claims Gone Wild!" in the latest installment of their popular "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb on YouTube" series.

In Episode 91, Jimmy and Christine once again share with you some familiar products you may have seen advertised on television or in your local grocery stores with huge health marketing claims on the front of the packaging that don't match up with the undeniable reality of what the nutrition label has to say about the products. Part 3 moves to one of those big box warehouse stores in this series of videos highlighting products that you will want to be on the lookout for to avoid while shopping at your local stores!

  • SO would the brown or long grain rice be alright then if it's slow digesting on account of the fiber and free of refined carbs?

  • @mikek241 I would either neither because BOTH would have an impact on my blood sugar/insulin levels. While it may be slower than white rice, there's still a rise. See how your body responds, but I cannot have any or I'll have issues.

  • LOL @ 6:16
