Hellow!
Oh boy, I remember the first time I straightened my hair with an iron thing... I thought that all types of girls were checking me out. white asian black latino fat skinny you name it man they loved me all. Later the same day my older brother told me "you look mad ugly bro it looks so gay" no offense to gay people I noticed that it was too straight at that time. I straightened it and was told that it was 50? Should I have done a 80 one? dont want it to be too girly straight
PLEASE

omg dis really helped me bexuz dis week ima get my hair permently straighten and i had so many questions bout it buhh yur vid relly helpd me THNX x)
Questions: 1) can u sweat? If no, what if the weather is really hot and u start sweating.. Will your hair be frizzy?
2) how do u sleep after the treatment? Because when I sleep, my hair will get messy all the time...
3) can u cut your hair? Will it be straight still or it will be wavy again...

@aynsachek 1) Yes I sweat especially when I get my hair done during the summer. Your hair will stay straight. It's gross, but just have to deal with it. 2) When I lay down, I flip my hair all up on the pillow. But I don't think it's critical since I toss and turn throughout the night and it doesn't seem to alter the results. 3) Yes, you can cut your hair. Whichever part of hair that was chemically treated will stay straight.

is there a way to have chemicaly straight hair for life

@linkachi267 Nope. That would be quite an invention. It doesn't last forever because our hair grows out constantly.

Do you think the original texture of the hair (thick/fine) is a big contributor to how the straight perm turns out? I want to get this done but I have fine hair and I was worried it would damage it more. I don't know if you know the answer given that you had this done on thick hair but it's worth a try... :P

@rainbottes I do think my hair texture is the reason why it could sustain a lot of damages. If you have very fine hair, I wouldn't recommend you to do it. Not because of the damages, but your hair will be very flat after the straightening, unless that's what you want.
