"YAKIMA, Wash-- A new study finds Yakima has one of the highest UFO reporting rates per capita. Popular Mechanics released the study, it shows by county the number of UFO sightings reported from 1947 to 2005.

Yakima County ranked fourth among small cities with 227 sightings and King County was second with 621 reported sightings among major metro counties.

One center for UFO sightings found there was an increase in areas near military training zones. There is a training reservation in Yakima, which could be one of the reasons.

KNDU talked to the Director of the National UFO Reporting Center, which has been in Seattle since 1974 and recently moved to Lincoln County. He says it's more important to report when you saw a UFO rather than where because according to him UFOs can travel very fast.

"We have a reason to believe that a UFO could have the breadth of the U.S. in a matter of minutes. It's much more interesting to look at all the sightings for a given time period than for a given geographical location," said Peter Davenport, National UFO Reporting Center."

seems to be a lot of UFO activity in that part of the world. Wasn't the "first" official UFO sighting by Ken Arnold in that direction? Then the Jonathan Reed encounter, etc. One has to wonder as to why not more attention & investigation is being done on this subject. Unless the "powers that be" already know....first-hand....& are so spending time,money, & energy on cover-ups, dis-info, dis-crediting, ridiculing, & quite possibly "disappearing" those who are bravely revealing truth to the world

No shock there, Treni. Hate to break it to you, but the country you trust has been lying to all of us for over 60 years. Watch Disclosure Project here on YT if you haven't seen it yet. It's a good place to start, even though the press conference happened over ten years ago. That alone should make you wonder why one of the largest media events ever held, was barely reported. Demand answers! None of us needs roads, cars or fossil fuels!
