Creating a pro tools template

ok dont see how this a template video so when you open the file its as a presetup session that video just told me how to group mono tracks and make them stereo did i miss something here

also to truly make a template go into the windows explorer, find your template.ptf file and right click it and select READ ONLY.

doing so will prompt you to make a new session whenever you load up a template. this prevents you from accidentally toying with or recoridng over your template.

if anyone can tell me the best way to screen capture and maintain quality, i would love to know.

I have used "CamStudio" for this vid and loaded the .avi file directly to youtube.

when creating a new session just press CTRL+= to bring up your edit window instead of opening it again....
