The first generation is the worst. My wife has a 2000 which she drives year round and loves. Let me note that it still starts at -12F whilst all my neighbors drive SUV's because most average vehicles can't start then.

UGLY, SLOW, UNRELIABLE, POOR CRASH TEST RATING. My Honda gets better gas mileage, and it's faster, safer, and better looking. DODGE SUCKS!

@MaestroTJS Luckily, the Impala will be replaced for the 2014 model year in early 2013. The current Impala is the last W-body holdout in production.
