The battle goes badly.
Mika's spell defenses make it impossible for Garo to get to her. She swats him away and continues on leaving demons in her wake. The demons numbers threaten to overwhelm Garo and to make matters worse Mika has found Kaori's body and is preparing to jump into it, thus opening a portal that will allow her to begin the conquest of earth.

Too bad they couldn't have given the Horror Giantess high heel sandals instead of the reptile-feet ankle-high boots for footwear! But I understand she is a demon & her footwear had to incorporate rocket engines.
