Zeitgeist The Summary

This film features an interview with Peter Joseph, the hugely successful director of the internet film phenomenon Zeitgeist: The Movie which has had millions of online views. We also speak to Jacque Fresco the architect of the Venus Project. The Zeitgeist Movement (TZM) is a worldwide grassroots organization that serves as the communication and activist arm of The Venus Project, founded by industrial designer and social engineer Jacque Fresco. It describes itself as a "sustainability advocacy organization" and is focused on raising awareness for a global social change, by transitioning society from a Monetary-Based Economy to a new, sustainable social design called a "Resource-Based Economy". The Zeitgeist Movement was inspired by the social response to Peter Joseph's films Zeitgeist: The Movie and Zeitgeist: Addendum. (It was Zeitgeist Addendum which first introduced The Venus Project.)

War, poverty, homelessness etc.. is all man made and can be changed in an instant if we decide to be really civilized. No one have to be hungry or homeless or suffer war or injustice in this world. The 'money'-people who runs this show are psychopaths and sociopaths that we need as a community ignore, not approve to their silly games, and shut them off from any power position they can 'thrive' from. They need our compassion, love and medical help to recover coz they do not know love..

Mr. Fresco I so love the ideas and game plan you and your partners have come up with. I have thought about these very ideas and that same game plan since I was a Young child. Unfortunately the status quo would never let that happen, Because they are (HELL) bent on having power over other humans. Not everyone in TZM is an atheist. I too thought the segment in Zeitgeist the Movie concerning religion was not wise. However, that movie was PJ's own performance piece and has little to do with the tenets of the Zeitgeist Movement. Perhaps a strange question but do you fear God would vanish if people didn't believe in Him? And why do you folks in the U.S. vote for these rich republicans who according to the Bible wont go to Heaven?

I'm sure them showing other groups and (strongly) hinting to form your own groups does show that their intention is for people to create a goal within their local community.

Also, the forums on the TZM is on their way, so if you feel like that the ideas are bad, why not actually point this out to them? Also, you may not have looked into TZM much, TZM will always change based on the current understandings that they have got so far.
