Television personality and environmentalist Steve Irwin has died after being stung by a stingray while filming off north Queensland.
Known worldwide as the Crocodile Hunter, the 44-year-old was famous for his enthusiasm for wildlife and his catchcry "Crikey!"

Awsome vid and nice choice of song I loved Stevo he was a true king of the animal world and I absalutly loved his antics he always made me laugh but 3 times he made me cry and that was when his diog sue died, when his croc marry died, but i criwed hrdest when he died he will forebver remain in my heart.

I know. I couldn't believ it when I was watching Animal Planet, and a commercial said,"R.I.P. Steve Irwin", I thought it was some terrible joke! But then, I watched the news. I was so sad, I didn't even want to go outside. I just mourned, mourned. I SO wanted to meet him... now he's dead...

in all fairness, steve knew the risks, he didnt blame the stingray as he did say "stingray are only dangerous if provoked" steve was really annoyed about the whole "takign his kid into the croc pit with him" the kid wasnt in danger at all, and stever would want to be remembered as THE croc hunter, i didnt want a "sad" song for his tribute video :) he will be missed greatly!
