Thank you for the re-post, it seems Co$ has pressured YouTube into suspending Xenutv1's account, shame on YT. From what I understand this was for the use of 'a clip' from a Viacom vid., big deal, just delete the frikkin clip. Mr. Bunker has been a shining light for truth and justice and is the epitome of calm and respectful debate despite the continuing slander & 'fairgaming' by CoS he has endured. Grow some balls YT mgt' and suspend the Co$ ads and tell 'em to take a hike. Speak out All!!!!!!

See, here's the thing; Bunker would have actually deleted the Colbert clip himself, but they suspended his account before he could do it.

Now YT is saying "Well you're going to have to get Viacom to retract the DMCA complaint before we can reinstate your account."

Viacom is saying "You made a copyright violation, so we're not retracting it." NOT LISTENING TO THE FULL STORY.

And because of this huge catch-22 choking on red tape, we can't have our XenuTV.
