  • Thanks wvhlbly for dropping by. My China trip should be a blast, I will send you some pics of the eclipse if you like, here's hopping it will be sunny, 56.2 % chance, probably the best chances of seeing it from Shanghai where I will be.

  • Hi quantumG, thanks for your comment, but what authority do you speak? are you a Rocket Scientist or animator? The NASA team does great work, for example the burn should be just as it is for the height and speed they want to attain, do you know what that is? You can email me if you like to discuss further. NGC is showing parts of this video on their upcoming yet to be released premier July 19 "Living On The Moon", of which I have a copy.

  • That's because it's not a scientific construction of what they plan to do, it is just a cool video that will make the government interested in what they are going to try to do.

  • Just good to see something frm u again!!

Not many more days left for your China Trip....have fun

  • Faring sep before launch tower jettison?

SRB sep on the Atlas V looks to be late too. And that second stage ignition took WAY too long.

The EDS looks too short, and why didn't they show its sep.. why didn't they show the flight? Why didn't they show a LOI burn?

That LSAM is all wrong. The ESAS makes it clear that it will be a horizontal cylinder with a side docking port and an airlock. Sigh.

This has to be the sloppiest video I've seen come out of NASA.
