Performing the Pillar Strength / Core Stability Tall kneeling Anti-extension rollout using a stability ball. This a progression from the regular knees bent anterior stability ball rollout. The goal is to roll out as far as possible without allowing the hips to flex, the pelvis to anteriorly tilt or the spine to buckle and shift into extension on the way out AND on the way back. This can only be done with great activation and strength of the anterior core stabilizers that lock and align the rib cage, pelvis, and spine.
