  • ANOTHER LIAR , YEA YEA YEA . SO NOW SUFFERING IS AN ILLUCION MAN MADE OK FOLKS AFTER THIS I GOT TO GO THIS IS TOO MUCH

  • @AjeetYoga Thank you for saying that. I think almost everybody has a certain negative self image. I feel sorry for myself most of the time. But when I paint, sing, dance or scream and cry I feel like I'm moving forward. The worst pain happens when I'm stuck in an emotion, when I'm resisting the emotion like the severe crush I have on James Hetfield, then it's like torture. I have to go for it by painting him and writing poetry about him. I can not meditate, because my brain is on fire.

  • I liked her very much. She is vivacious and real, like me. I definitely have the I"m not good enough thought patterns a lot of the time and I know they are not me. When I am teaching yoga, it becomes so easy to see the illusion, when I am home, missing my son and alone, watching movies, the mind is less victorious; I feel the fear.

  • Reading Eliza's book is a meditation itself, i read a few pages whenever I need to meditate
