While vacationing in Tokyo, I was eager to try different types of sushi so I ordered abalone sushi. I was not prepared for what I saw...
(FYI... I eventually ate it!)

looks like you hadn't cooked it yet. It comes live and still needs to be cooked. The video would have been better if it had been shown while it was cooking.
