If your craving some pizza but don't want all the empty calories and fat that come along with it give this healthy low calorie guilt free pizza a try.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz 99% lean turkey burger
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 1 tbs fat free feta cheese
- Veggies of your choice
- Spices of your choice

Cooking Instructions:

- Set oven 400 degrees
- Mix oats and turkey burger to form crust
- Bake each side for 5 min.
- Add toppings (Sauce, veggies, cheese)
- Bake for 5-10 min

Nutritional Info:

Calories - 240
Fat - 4 g
Carbs - 28 g
Protein - 20 g

  • @BMVLifestyle Yes he very much is. He weight trains doing a 3 day split. He also maintains a very clean strict diet. He films/edits all of my videos.
