Help my cousin to have an artificial leg

She was born like this everyday she had to face all the insults of his friends and classmates. When she graduated and called her name she was doubtful of going to the stage to get her medal because of her situation. But I saw her and carry her to the stage and told her be proud cause having one foot doesnt make you a lesser person.. Now she is on her puberty she badly needed an artificial leg so she can walk properly. I dont know how to get the help she need if anyone of you know about anything that could help her. I beg you yes im begging you cause she really wanted it.
