  • I think you mean Decco.

  • this isn't from the 80's for christ sake. Andrew Strong was only born in 1973 and I don't think he was 7 in this video. He was 16 in The Commitments

  • Andrew Strong (born 14 November 1973 in Dublin, Ireland) is an Irish singer and the son of Irish musician and singing coach Robert (Rob) Strong. He grew up in Naas, Co Kildare. He starred as Deco Cuffe in the 1991 cult film The Commitments, based on the book by Roddy Doyle, having been cast at only 16 years of age with a voice sounding much older. In 1991 he was nominated for a Grammy Award.

  • @skeeternic Who? Kenneth McCluskey? You can't have been to many gigs then.

  • @sodiraq I have never seen him with the tribute band.

  • Andrew rocks...He has such an amazing voice. I wish he was able to make is big over here in the USA. Awesome performer.

  • film in cinemas in1992 for all here bad at maths. Lol

  • This show was shot in 1992. Just look at the credits at the end. What hurts the most is that he had such passion for what he was doing when he was young, and then after "getting signed" and making a couple records he became a mockery of himself. He became complacent, and complacency is DEATH. Especially if you are an artist.

  • Greattttttttttttt

  • I'm signed to BMG so suck me x
