As I suspected, this video is yet another hollywood script for a movie ( as if we haven't already seen enough). I am glad that I have the credibility and the reputation that goes with my profession and that everything that I do is real. Wyadog sounds like his gay lover, publicist or brother?Prove that he or you can do a real one legged squat on a ball and I will be the first person to congratulate you. This video should be taken off you tube if AJ Bear had any integrity.( if this is AJ Bear).

@jacer82 Yes jacer, at this point it is misleading until proven otherwise. Squatting on a ball one legged is ( words can't express) extremely difficult. It is still highly difficult if the ball was held stable as it appears in this video. Without seeing the whole ball it will remain unknown.

@wyadog Skiing is just a fraction easier than standing on a Swiss ball on one foot.
Where is the rest of the ball? I am not saying this is not possible, but prove it by showing the whole ball.

There are three other videos of him jumping onto and landing on a swissball in this series, and you can see the whole ball. This footage is of AJ during his regular workouts, sharing with us balance and technique for doing a one legged squat on the ball. I don't think hes too concerned about whether you can see the whole ball or not, he does this in every workout.
