I'm glad to hear you're doing better. I had a tough time with the fluid at first as well. I find that if I schedule when I'm drinking I've done better. Congrats on your success so far :)
To try to get in more fluids, try eating some sugar-free popsicles. They don't count as a LOT of fluid each, but they do add up and it helps. Sip, sip, sip all day long, too. I struggle with this some days still (18 months postop), but it's SOOOO important for us!

Great update! Congrats on the loss! Starches will fill you up fast. I still can't tolerate them.

Dr. R swears by the pickle a day. It cures all haha.
The consistancy and type of food will change the way it hangs around in your pouch. More dense will last longer.
