GEW UV Curing Solutions: VCP & NUVAplus Systems for UV Printing, Coating & Metal Decorating

An overview of GEW's VCP and NUVAplus UV curing systems which are suitable for printing, coating and metal decorating applications up to 2m width. The video includes the air-conditioned power supplies, the Touch Screen Controller (HMI) with its energy efficient GreenTimer and the IR cassette which is interchangeable with UV.

GEW's hand-held radiometer provides instant monitoring of UV levels within the lamphead. The data can be used to tightly control the curing process to avoid over-cure, to minimise power consumption and to maximise lamp life. The data can downloaded to a PC or laptop for processing if required.

Also, a demonstration of the quick-release cassette and simple plug-in UV lamps shows just how quickly a lamp can be changed.
