  • Don't add anything to your ribcage measurement. Rounding up is fine but you'll definitely want to play around with it, if you're measurement is a 34 in some styles/brands you may be a 36. Adding 4-5inches will result in a horribly fitting bra!

  • I know, I have no idea how they came up with that and why the continue to tell people this? Why bra's vary so much is a whole other issue that needs to be addressed as well!

  • Yes, this is so logical and yet so many companies refuse to acknowledge it.

  • In the other video we are told that the back of the bra should stretch no more than 2 inches away from the body. In this video, we are told to add 4 or 5 inches to the ribcage measurement. Both cannot be true! If I add 5 inches, the bra is WAY too big, and rides up. In order for the bra to fit in the way this video shows, I have to round my underbust measurement to the nearest even number.
