Hounds

"Hounds" is an animated short which has been awarded an "Honorable Mention" in the Fairbanks Film Festival 2007. My first endeavor into lip-syncing 3D characters, man's best friend makes some commentary on today's society.

the lip synching is great! On my pc it takes an hour to render 500 frames of daz studio if it doesn't crash trying to load the poses , so I can only dream of doing something this cool, or obviously get a better pc.

The process does take a long time; this took many hours of rendering...but I usually set up each (dog) segment, then let it render overnight.

Fun animating program little tough to learn to use at first but not as bad as some of the more expensive ones

thanks for the info but i have two more questions. 1. what program did you use and if you recomened lightwave? my second question is can you also make dogs do the matrix like bending back on two legs dodging stuff And last for filming animation do you just film a green screen and put the background in. if you can reply back that would be great because im just now getting ready to learn
