yeah he uses wah a lot, yea hes a bit sloppy live, im sure he can sit down and lay down some nice clean shit and make it sound as if you were listening to the record if he wanted to but instead he gives the people at the concert a reason to be at the concert and switch it up and have fun with it.

i think he'd just get bored, he must have played them tens of thousands of times now

i love "one" and its my favourite metal song ever, but i think it always sounds shit when they play it live. can barely even here kirk on this one at times.

Is it just me or is kirk playing too fast on the "one" solo?

i think he should not improvise on the live solos...i think he should play them as they are written..

yeah i liked his stuff when it was cleaner and faster. now he just uses the wah far too much.

@willyschoonover He doesn't 'rely' on it, but I know what you mean, he sometimes over uses it.
