This was one of two or three fish we killed this season. We released several hundred more. Only coho and chinook may be killed, no steelhead. Believe me, we are extremely adamant supporters of catch and release. Odd was not the one who decided this fish was killed, I was.

Hello magneresjuan.
On Blackwell`s Dean River Lodge they are allowed to kill two King Salmon during the season, for food. This is one of them. All the rest are released. We know a lot about fly fishing.
