  • try and make going to the gym a habit so you keep going. I would do the same 3 nights a week at the same time each day and then it becomes easy. hit the weights, and make sure you workout the big muscles. get some protein powder for post-workout shakes and you're set. try and eat protein for breakfast, it will keep you full longer. just a couple small tips. wish you luck.

  • @option30 Yeah gonna probably make a trip to the GNC when I start going to the gym. Plan was Tuesdays and Thursdays and maybe once on the weekend. Breakfast usually consists of oatmeal or cereal. Meat for breakfast doesn't cooperate with my stomach.

  • Hey Adam, I have a tip for weight loss - Over the christmas holidays, what I did was go to bed late, wake up late, have breakfast late so then you can miss out lunch. Weight = GONE!! :P

  • @FishySeven Actually done something similar. I have started eating dinner later, normally 530 or 600, but now at like 7. That way I feel less tempted to have a snack before bed.

  • cont. some important tips

    never skip meals

    stay hydrated especially days youre training

    supplement wise- take whey isolate protein, and possibly a fat burner if u want (not needed)

    you want to aim for 45 mins- hour of cardio every training sesh w/ 30-40 min weight lifting.

    If u want to supplement ur cardio (treadmail, elliptical) you can do circuit training

    DO NOT take any mass gainers etc. until u slim down and ur bf% is at least 12% min.

  • cont. Every 2 months subtract your daily caloric intake by 250-500 pending on where your bf % is and how much success you have had. Stick to organic, natural foods limiting greasy, fried, microwaving dinners etc. Drink at least a gallon on water every day, add 2L to the gallon if your working out. Have a cheat MEAL every week (ANYTHING U WANT) to keep u sane. And i promise u my friend u will be lean and toned looking like GSP in no time

  • ok man heres basically what you want to do. Find out your daily caloric intake, and find your maintanence calories. When you find your maintanence cals, subtract by 500 cals and aim for that goal everyday, for at least the first two months. Do quite a bit of hight intense cardio and lift to tone, and help incinerate calories. Eat 6 meals a day, 2 hours apart to increase metabolism (burns cals more easy). and also to increase metabolism immensely go for a 20 minute run whenever u get up.

  • Cod is actually 60 frames per second. Just thought you should know. However, BF3 is 30 fps.

    It's terrible to eat food at or after 7pm, also going to bed late and waking up late is also very bad for your body. What you need to do is eat about 350-380 calories ( no more than that) 5 times a day every 3 hours. While doing that, run and/or exercise. You will lose weight very quickly.

  • @NineThreats Geforce ENGT430, very low end card. Only thing its probably useful for is upgrading the onboard that comes with your big box PC. That's what I did.
