  • Your mad skinny. Having a six pack on a skinny kid is like having big tits on a fat girl...it does not count. Put on mass. Eat more, lift heavier with correct form. Im 145, bench press: 160 lbs 8 reps and 85 lb dumbbell press 6 reps.
