run the veyron at top speed and the spoiler goes have way down for speed

actually it goes down at 230.5 mph not 7th gear i tried it in manual and i went in 7th at about 225 and it didnt go down till i hit 230.5

You missed out one thing. The spoiler of the veryon will go down (not fully) when the car is travelling at the seventh gear.
