BEWARE OF COMCAST COMPANY

I HAVE BEEN USING COMCAST BECAUSE THERE ARE NOTHING ELSE PROVIDED IN MY AREA!! EVER SINCE I RECEIVED THE CONNECTION LESS THAN WHAT THEY PROMISED BUT STILL PAY THE FULL PRICE!! THE SPEED THEY GIVE COSTS $19.99 BUT THEY CHARGE ME $29.99 FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF SPEED. WHEN I CONTACT THEM, THEY TURN OFF MY MODEM AND START RESETTING THE WHOLE THING SO I HAVE TO INSTALL ALL OVER AGAIN!! I HAVE DONE THIS MANY TIMES! TECHNICIAN COMES TO MY HOUSE FOR HUNDREDS OF TIMES! AND THEY SAY THERE'S NOTHING WRONG!!!

DONT BE FOOLED BY COMCAST!!! UNSUBSCRIBE AND USE DIFFERENT BROADBAND SERVICE!! FIOS FROM VERIZON IS BETTER THAN COMCAST!!

BEWARE!!! YOU MIGHT NOT REALIZE IT BUT THEY'RE CHEATING YOU!! THEY EAT YOUR MONEY FOR LESS SERVICE!!!!

if it isn't an actual Comcast Tech, a tech from a contracted company, they will bullshit you tellin you it is workin jist fine. I am a long time Comcast customer, and am getting what I pay for. When you use Speedtest, be sure to test multiple locations and not jist one. My best Up/Down speeds typically come from Los Angeles, CA, but not tonight. 30Mb/s Seattle - Tacoma, WA and 27Mb/s Seattle - Los Angeles, CA.

You getting 10megs download whats the problem? you dont know anything your loking at the kbs not the megs and upload is never more than 5megs. Its up to 16 your getting 10 which is good.

it helps when you run the right speed test!!! run Mbps NOT MBps!!!! DUH!!!

get att vdsl2 you get up to 24mbps down with a minimum of 23mbps down or they will credit your account. plus connection is always stable, you get a dedicated line and ping score is usually 5-10ms. comcast is a joke! who uses internet over rg-6? its all about the fiber to the premises.
