I brought a iphone on ebay and its a blocked iphone when i tried to contact the seller he was gone. i rang o2 and told them the imei number. as that is the network the phone is locked to. but o2 said the imei was not blocked. is there any software that can check to see if the iphone imei number is blocked or not? as o2 say its not blocked then surly its not. as can connects to wi fi and i can use app store and o2 uk comes up but i have no signal bars. call bleep 3 times and says call failed
