  • I used to fly from Houston-Honolulu-Guam (then a puddle jumper to Saipan) to catch my ship (my profile picture) on Continental's Business First. Their 767s had either 25/35 seats (2-1-2 configuration with 5/7 rows). I always got a seat in the center so that I had an aisle on each side of me! Their 777s (Houston-Narita) BF was also good; 5 rows of 2-2-2 then the Lavatory/Galley area then 3 rows of 2-2-2 for a total of 48. Sitting in the 18 seat area was good but the 767 "solo" was the best!

  • Coffin seats, when they are down it is like being in a grave.

  • these seats look tight.. lots of wasted space with all that bench on each side.. seats should be wide and very comfortable..

  • And who pay finaly for the "elite" passengers? Of course those sardines in the "economy" class...disgusting! :-(

  • i went to business class flight from The Kingdom to Dubai only two hours and 30 min it was the best in my life

  • best airlines is emirates A380-800 others are just crap to be honest and dont tell me swiss airlines or singapore also sucks

  • @maxou5757 I get DL for free for life no problems there! :D

  • went on them in the summer best flight and business class yet, outstanding!!! go delta

  • @yourvidisbad101 A boeing 747 has around 57 000 gallons of fuel. At 3.90$ per gallon, that equals to 222 300$. It cost about 4000$ to de ice an aircraft. Add to this food and drinks for the passagers. You cant include the maintenance in the 50k so that's another expense. Just one engine cost over a million dollars... I mean, yes they do make profit, so does all companies.

  • @maxou5757 no more than 50k for fuel, do you even know how much fuel that would be? Preposterous. And the extra 50,000 I was talking about would include things such as de-icing fluid, which isn't always used anyway.
