Did you know that your trim is waaaaaay too high? something like 20 knots, a BIG rooster tail, and 6500 rpm? thats not normal, dude

oi mate that aint 40knt winds more like 15-20 and there no way that boat does 80 mph i have a 21force with a 300xs merc on it with a full rex marine fitout and alot lessa weight then your boat and i get round the 75's and i know the s.o are a heavy boat. i use to have one

hahaha. i love how everyone chirps about the rooster tail. for fuck sakes hes just doing it for fun. let the guy have fun while u guys be bored cause ur to scared ur gonna break your engine ( if u even have one).. btw my 150trp throws a tail almost that big on my skeeter, Great fun!

im not calling you a nucklehead but your real not supposed to be throwing that much of a rooster tail while not going tht fast, ur just shooting all the horsepower out of the water, an outboard fin would help

@bebofuct Thank you you are right less drag = more speed some prop's are ment to run half out of the water (chopper) prop's for ex. these guy's don't no what thay are talking about

Maybe you're right ,I'm a knuckle head, What was I thinking when riding shotgun in a boat that spits a 30ft R-Tail@5900rpm@80+MPH. I was hoping one of your vids might point me in the right direction, (but you don't have any ! ? ).

No,because it has a four blade 26p prop (a standard one being 19-21p three blade)it produces so much thrust,it can tend to suck a vortex of air from the surface on initial standing start,depending on engine height.
