I had nothing to do, So I linked togehter some "old" Footage from about 20th of may I think.
This is allso Untucked Airchair, but instead of Triceps-latissimus contact, I tried Triceps-Fist-latissimus contact.
It worked realy well, and I had a good day , so I pushed my record up a 13 good seconds :)
I did like 25 second normal untucked chair that day to, but I focused on learning this thingy.
No left hand to balance with, and the extra height made it kinda harder than normal Airchair doh.
And again: Every "Thats a SideChair" comments will be deleted...
Untucked= Unstabed, High, Not transfering the weight from the hip directly to the Ulna & Radius(The 2 bones in the lower arm) through the elbow / Not laying on the elbow...

is untuck harder than tuck?
frzndmn 6 months ago
@frzndmn Off course. Very much harder, no doubt. On tucked/stabbed, your body weight go straight down in your elbow and the lower arm and to the floor. When your not stabbing, the weight goes to your triceps, wich is not above your center/hand. When stabbing, I use only my wrist and fingers to balance, when not, I use the whole body to compensate the wight around, to keep my balance.
