This is a valuable cultural and aesthetic artifact, for so many reasons, not the least of which is the opportunity to see Lugosi as the great dramatic actor he was. I understand that he was considered something on the order of "the Laurence Olivier of Hungary" as a theater actor before coming to Hollywood. (Kudos and a justifiable Oscar to Martin Landau for playing him that way in ED WOOD.)
