the truth is, the USSR , USA, and UK will never use nuclear weapons. because
A) they serve the same special interest
B) it would start a chain reaction of fear, every one with a nuclear weapon will eventually use it, and the world will literally end

WMDs are a show of force, its like having an unloaded gun or a golden sword, you dont use it, you scare people with it. thats what the arms race was
