This is another topic relating to Israel and Zionism. The caller challenges George Galloway as to why he assumes that there are no liberal strands in Israel i.e. they are all right-wing reactionaries. The caller decalres himself politically as a liberal and a socialist.

One particular notable part in the conversation is that the caller insists that his wife is a Yemenese not a Yemeni/Yeminite. Galloway asks the caller why does he have the right to live in Palestine when he is living in the UK?

I guess one reason why he called his wife a 'Yemenese' instead of 'Yemeni' is because he's thinking like: "If people of Lebanon are called Lebanese, then the people of Yemen are called Yemenese."

Won't be long before a caller refers to the people of Lebanon a Leboni or Lebonite.

His argument cant hold water. regardless to many other facts relevant to this matter, the Palestinians themselves did not live in israel/palestine 100-200 years ago. there where nomadic tribes living on the land, but there has been jews living there[not many b-cause most of them got kicked out during the romans time] for ages as well. if by Galloways logic the pale' have the right to return to there so called country,multiply that by a thousand and youll get the right of the jews on that land..
