Interviewed at Merkin Concert Hall before his performance at the New York Guitar Festival's "After Hendrix" that also featured jazz/experimental guitarist David Torn, and classical guitarist/composer Benjamin Verdery.   • 2:20-2:57 Vernon really said it SRV utilized and was influence by hendrix but he did his own thing very well I might add. Unlike the SRV and Hendrix copy cats
