This has the making of being a complete disaster, especially in this bad economy. More expensive/regulation on bullets= less bullets bought= less items bought = decreased sales of not only ammo but guns too= lost jobs in a viable sector= worse economy. Also, just like prohibition in the 1920's when there is a ban on a popular item a black market is created. This is a bad, bad, bad idea.
