No crops are going in the ground in Saskatchewan or Manitoba this year, too many floods. Put the sugar in the gas tanks, and have fun with the bicycles. By 2020, those that are still alive will be living elsewhere, and for the love of God, try to buy a new home on a mountain, it's worse when you flood in second, third or fourth home, it really is.

Insurance is big business that only looks after big business not the policy owners. Co-operators is low class as we have had bad experiences with them as well. Good luck.

Thanks! We've been hearing LOTS about the co-operators being very awful their policy holders. Worse even than most insurance companies.
FYI - In their annual report, they made $4.1 BILLION in profits in Canada last year.
