You may try to practise it slowly , try to make each notes to be equaly sounded
That means, "tu" and "ku" , but others should hear no difference , just like pahud's khachaturian flute concerto 3rd mov with zinman, listen if you have time.

Most many people or teachers thought the tonguing for this piece should be all double tongued, actually it should be 'tu tu ku tu tu', that's what I was using... very difficult tonguing this is, I had only 5 days to practice that, I cried several times for failing that...

I could only get upto 198 at that time, but the requirement was 208 or 220 for that presto!
