@mightyjoe911 Lol, I agree, it was funny coming from her.
-
The plaintiff got owned!
-
"Will the Plaintiff get her 3300 she paid for the car back" Nope because she whited it out, "NO I DIDN't" "OH YES YOU DID HONEY" (Sorry I had to spoil part2)
-
I think people forget that the litigants are approached to appear on the show, and have to agree to abide by the ruling in arbitration; they're not forced :)
-
@laclaircountry09 Maybe the White man is racist to her because he sold her a piece of junk!
-
@ThePeopleCourt Not to mention Marilyn Milian uses the facts a lot more than some other TV judges. (i.e. Judge Judy)

"Cuz my sistah baby fatha..." smh. it just sounds SOOOOOO much better when you just say "my niece/nephew's father" or "the father of my sister's child".
but judging by the preview i can already tell what kinda chick she is lol

@ProfMike789 No sir; these are real people litigating their actual cases.

@ThePeopleCourt In arbitration? Surely not a court of law.

@ProfMike789 Correct!

@ThePeopleCourt Interesting. Though, still, I am surprised and personally insulted that the decisions/opinions from this show are legally binding. Why do her frequent, emotional, charged outbursts not constitute unprofessional conduct?
ProfMike789 8 months ago
@ProfMike789 It is legally binding, but we must remember that it is, when it comes down to it, an American TV show, and this makes great TV. ;)
