Don't me; I knew of this song long before Drive came out and I'm happy for College that that film happened, because now they got a nice paycheck out of it and increased awareness of them, which in turn means we'll might get more great songs.

Don't shun band's success like some hipster, celebrate it.

  • Sorry it just bothers me when people say they have been fans of College for some time and think it is a group of people. College is one man, David Grellier is his name and he is French. Stop saying its a band. Its like saying Tiesto and Avicii are bands.

  • @Showbert1 s'okay

  • @1mraware thanks for the answer

  • i lov 80's music too. your name would be good for a group lol....

  • @1mraware you know your music! I loved music back in the 80's, especially Ultravox! They are actually releasing a new album with the original line up this Spring...should be interesting.

  • @PositiveLastAction it all goes full circle, and i agree 100 %. where would 80's synth be without people such as Marc Almond, Alison Moyet , Annie Lennox,Depeche Mode, the buggles, duran duran, ultravox, soft cell, flock of seagulls. etc etc, but it took many nations to contribute, in america, such as Red Flag, Anything box, information society, Suicide etc, to germanys Kraftwerk or propaganda, belgiums telex, noways a ha, or japans YMA, and many more, it all went full circle

  • @1mraware much of the American electronica back in the 80's was greatly influenced by European pop-culture. Think Kraftwerk, Human League etc...

  • @Showbert1

Electronica / electro house which is greatly influenced by American 80's pop-culture...
