@MYHOLLANDGIRL Nose jobs change your facial structure which can alter the resonance and timbre of your voice... Your face is what gives your voice individuality. Glad she was wise enough not to have a nose job.

From someone who knows both very well, if their voices don't lay apart the differences, then their personalities do!!! Congrats Roz!! By the way, 'beauty' is in the eye of the beholder; each to their own. :)

Barbra was always afraid her voice would change if she got a nose job, but nose jobs do not effect your vocal chords, just your breathing...ROZ has the same look with a smaller nose...
